Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY

The YourGreenBook Founder Member Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Who Cannot Enter:

• Employees of YourGreenBook LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses)
• Individuals residing in the same household (whether related or not) as YourGreenBook employees
• Residents of any jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by law

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

YourGreenBook's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1: Free Account Signup (Recommended)

1. Visit www.yourgreenbook.com during the Sweepstakes Period
2. Click "Sign Up" or "Join Free"
3. Complete the registration form with your name, email address, and other required information
4. Create a free account (consumer or business listing - both are FREE)
5. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes

Method 2: Online Free Entry Form (Alternative Method of Entry)

To enter without creating an account via signup, complete the online free entry form:

1. Visit www.yourgreenbook.com/sweepstakes/free-entry during the Sweepstakes Period
2. Complete ALL eleven (11) steps of the entry form with accurate information
3. Provide required essay responses (minimum 100 characters each)
4. Verify eligibility and agree to Official Rules
5. Submit form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes

Note: The online free entry form requires completion of all fields and essay questions to verify authenticity. Incomplete or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.

Method 3: Mail-In Entry (Alternative Free Method)

To enter without creating an account or completing the online form, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2025 and received by April 7, 2025. One entry per outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries not permitted.

Entry Limits

• Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts or submitting multiple entries via any method is prohibited
• Automated Entry: Use of bots, scripts, or automated entry methods is strictly prohibited

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, late, or misdirected will be void. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt.

4. DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

On or about April 15, 2025, sixteen (16) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Drawing Process

• Drawing will be conducted by YourGreenBook or its authorized representative
• Winners selected via random selection from all valid entries
• Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of YourGreenBook management
• YourGreenBook's decisions are final and binding

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing.

• Winners must respond within thirty (30) days of notification
• Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release
• Failure to respond within 30 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner
• If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected

5. PRIZES

Sixteen (16) winners will share a total prize pool of $5,000.00 distributed as follows:

Prize Details

• Form of Payment: Cash prizes will be awarded via electronic payment (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) or check at winner's preference
• Delivery Timeframe: Prizes will be distributed within sixty (60) days of winner verification and completion of required documentation
• No Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by YourGreenBook in its sole discretion
• Prize Acceptance: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for YourGreenBook to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited)

6. TAXES AND REPORTING

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

• For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC
• Winners may be required to provide their Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes
• Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 before prize is awarded
• Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture of prize

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. For example, if 10,000 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning any prize are 16 in 10,000, or 1 in 625.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of YourGreenBook, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Disqualification

YourGreenBook reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant if:

• The entry is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these Official Rules
• The participant engages in fraud, tampering, or other misconduct
• The participant creates multiple accounts or uses automated entry methods
• The participant violates the Terms of Service of YourGreenBook

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless YourGreenBook LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Force Majeure

YourGreenBook is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries; or for any computer, online, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other error; or unauthorized human intervention; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Right to Modify or Cancel

YourGreenBook reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond YourGreenBook's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

Information collected from entrants is subject to YourGreenBook's Privacy Policy, available at www.yourgreenbook.com/legal/privacy

By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
