2. Use of Service

YourGreenBook provides a platform to discover and support Black-owned businesses. You agree to use this service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

3. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our community guidelines.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to provide honest reviews and feedback. Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behavior will result in account termination.

5. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

6. Identity Verification

6.1 Optional Verification Service

YourGreenBook offers an optional identity verification service powered by Stripe Identity. By choosing to verify your identity, you agree to:

1. Pay a one-time $1.50 verification fee
2. Provide a government-issued ID and selfie to Stripe Identity
3. Allow Stripe to process and verify your identity documents
4. Allow YourGreenBook to receive your verification status
5. Display a "verified" badge on your profile and business listings

6.2 Verification Terms

• Non-Refundable: The $1.50 verification fee is non-refundable, even if verification fails
• One-Time: Verification is lifetime and applies to all your activities on YourGreenBook
• No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee verification success; Stripe makes the final determination
• Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke verification status if fraudulent activity is detected
• Data Security: Stripe stores your verification data securely; we only receive pass/fail status
